Visitor Gate Pass System (Online / Stand-alone)

AP Visitor Gate Pass System has two versions- stand-alone and on-line.On-line AP Visitor Gate Pass SystemThe system consists of three modules:

Gatekeeper (VB.Net)
Messenger (VB.Net)
Reports (ASP.Net / VB.Net)
Database is MySQL – Oracle (Optional)

Gatekeeper module is installed at gate(s). Before preparing the gate pass, gatekeeper can send visitor detail on-line to concern officer for his/her permission. The officer will reply on-line to gatekeeper. Gatekeeper module has built-in messenger module. After getting permission, gatekeeper prepares gate pass with visitor photograph. Authorized persons can view Reports using Internet Browser.

Master information’s like Department, Designation, Category, Grade, Visitor Type, Visit Purpose, Material, User, Message, parameter masters
Pre-defined entry can be used for messages
Gatekeeper can send photo to the officer with Message
Customization possible

Installed at gate(s) with built-in Messenger module.
Web camera like Creative / Logitech will be connected to PC at gate
Gatekeeper at gate can fill form, take photo and print pass
Detail of all visitors stored in database with Date & Time stamp
Key words to fetch visitor detail from database. If visitor detail is in database, it will appear on form including photo. This will save time of taking photo and entering details
Officers have option to enter detail of appointment taken in advance, Gatekeeper gets this detail
Locator for OUT Time stamp, single click to stamp OUT time
Facility to enter back dated OUT Time
Officers detail like phone number available to Gatekeeper even if officer is not on-line
Multiple passes for different visitors can be prepared at a time
Time Out (configurable) in case of no response from officer
Message to officer includes visitor photograph
Auto-generated gate pass number
Multiple days gate pass can be issued with From – To date

Intranet messenger
Installed on PCs used by officers whom visitors come to see
Gatekeeper can send message to selected IP address / name of officer
Options provided are: Send, Reply, Forward, Clear All and Refresh
Officer gets information about visitor like name, photograph and company
Pre-defined reply messages like Send, Sorry, Ask to wait
User definable messages for Quick action like I am Busy and Send him
Facility to enter pre-defined appointments
All messages shown – sent, forwarded and reply
Different Color code for sent, forwarded and reply to message
IP Address of the computer can be changed
Displays list of on-line users

User definable User Rights
Selection criteria in reports like selection of from – to date
Reports will have duration (how much time visitor spent)
- Detail of all visitors
- Details of visitors coming to particular officer
- Visitor Company wise
- Particular officer and particular company.And many other combinations
Stand-alone Gate Pass System - Stand-alone version is for Gatekeeper who will enter visitor detail, take visitor photograph and print gate pass. Reports can be taken from the same PC. All operations done at gate. No on-line communication with officers.
